Jessica Mushosi Kiil is a Norwegian artist and musician of Congolese origin. She was born in Bukavu in the Democratic Republic of Congo in December 1973.

Between 1980 and 1990, she did her primary and humanitarian studies in the DRC and then took her university studies and specializations as a cosmetologist, as well as child and youth work in Norway between 1997 and 2022.

Jessica is also responsible for the Perle Noire humanitarian project in Bukavu R.D.C.
